| Chop two teaspoonfuls of fresh or dried borage. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, a teaspoonful of sugar and the chopped borage to a glass of wine. Let the borage mixture steep in the wineglass for two hours. Strain and combine with the remaining wine. Share with friends. |
